Book your free 15 minute discovery call. Although this is not a coaching session, it will help you discover if health coaching is the right choice for you.

Microsession
A micro-session is a single in-depth health discovery coaching session which lasts 45 minutes. During this time we will evaluate the seven dimensions that make up a persons whole health. By the end of our session a goal will be determined and you will leave with a guideline of short term actionable steps to get you started on the road to improve your overall health.
6 - Session Package
Begin your wellness journey with a total of 6 sessions. We will cover everything we cover in a micro-sesssion but at a slower pace. We will meet every other week for a total of six-30 minute sessions to explore your whole health. This package allows for more support and accountability in reaching the goal to improve your overall health. I will partner with you to ensure actionable steps are maintained and adjusted if needed along the way.
Guidance-Mindful Awareness leads to clarity and positivity. begin each day with 3-5 minutes of meditation. Not sure how? Contact me for more information on how to decrease stress.

Begin your journey of self-discovery by centering yourself to understand how the seven personal health dimensions influence your overall well-being. Assessing the relationships within each dimension reveals how low levels in one area can impact others. Health coaching offers additional support, helping you uncover obstacles that hinder self-improvement. Partner with me to explore these seven dimensions, gain clarity, set goals, and formulate the necessary action steps to improve your health.
